  • Apples – Apples are a great fruit to enjoy because it’s high in fiber and water content. It can encourage saliva production in your mouth and cleans your teeth.
  • Carrots –  Carrots are crunchy and high in fiber. It helps to scrub your teeth clean and remove plaque.
  • Strawberries – This fruit is a natural source of malic acid, which can remove surface stains and brighten your smile.
  • Green Tea – Green tea has polyphenols, which can reduce inflammation in the mouth and protect your smile against gum disease.
  • Water – Regularly drinking water rinses away food particles and neutralize harmful acids in the mouth. As a result, it reduces your risk of tooth decay and gum disease.
  • Sugar-Free Gum – Chewing sugar-free gum made with xylitol can increase the saliva in your mouth. As a result, it keeps food particles from your teeth and protects you against decay. 
  • Celery – Vegetables such as celery are often considered nature’s floss. It’s crunchy and high in water content to keep your teeth clean and freshen your breath.
